You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been packed and fulfilled. If you want to cancel, please reach out to support right away, and we’ll assist you accordingly.
You have the option to return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it. You can initiate the process by contacting our support. During the Holiday Season (November-December), the return period is extended to 45 days.
You have the option to exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it. Requests for exchanges can be made by contacting our support. You can choose to exchange for a different colour/size of the product you initially ordered or for a completely different product. A return label will be provided for returning the original item(s), and the costs associated with this label are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and process your return, the new item(s) will be shipped to you at no additional shipping cost. If the new item is less expensive than the original item, you will also receive a refund for the price difference.

When returning the package, ensure it’s marked with your order number and sender details; without this information, we cannot process a refund. Until the return package reaches our facility, it remains your responsibility. Please note: it’s crucial to save the tracking number and return receipt as proof of return. If your return is lost and you cannot provide this information, we won’t be able to assist. Additionally, regularly monitor the progress of your return package using the tracking number to check for any import duties. Failure to pay these charges promptly may result in the package being returned by customs authorities. We don’t receive notifications about these charges, so it’s essential to monitor them yourself.
We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving the return. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
In the event of a lost package during transit, we offer complimentary reshipment. Refunds instead of reshipment are only granted in extraordinary circumstances.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact our support team. You’ll be requested to complete an official declaration of non-receipt, followed by an investigation with the carrier. If the investigation favors you, a reshipment will be arranged. However, if the carrier provides evidence of delivery (such as a photo taken by the delivery person at your address), regrettably, you won’t be eligible for a reshipment or refund.
Customized products, tailored specifically for you, are ineligible for returns or exchanges. However, this policy does not apply if the product is damaged or faulty. In such instances, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
If you’ve received an incorrect product, please reach out to support and provide a photo of the item received. If you’ve received a damaged product, please contact support and include a photo of the damage.
If an order fails to arrive because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, a refund cannot be issued. However, we do offer a reshipment option for an additional charge of £5 to cover shipping costs.
